Đã mua rất nhiều sản phẩm trên tiki và trước giờ đều tin tưởng đến chất lượng sp mà tiki cung cấp. Nhưng lần này mình khá thất vọng, sách của mình bị ố vàng và không được bọc shield, các góc của sách vì thế mà bị gãy tróc. Nhưng bù lại bìa còn khá mới và giao hàng nhanh. Mình mong tiki sẽ lắng nghe khách hàng nhiều hơn và kỹ càng trong khâu giao hàng :)))
